internet, ready to be used by organizations both large and small. There
are no upfront capital investments or long term commitments. All that is
required is a browser and broadband internet access. This allows clients
to begin utilizing the software and become productive in a matter of days,

The iColligo service is hosted at a Level 3 facility in Dallas, TX with backup sites located in Boston, MA and Phoenix, AZ. All data centers have
redundant power and cooling, multiple, redundant internet feeds and
advanced levels of physical security and environmental protection.
iColligo enhances this by both onsite and offsite backup of data to ensure
the system and your data are always protected.
The data center infrastructure provides true 'enterprise-class' computing by ensuring there are no single points of failure through the use of multiple, servers, routers, load balancers, switches, firewalls, and internet connections.
A failure in any one component automatically fails over to the redundant component without any service interruption. This level of sophistication represents a significant capital investment and our commitment to ensure your system is safe and always available.
"Open System" Architecture
iColligo is built with proven, leading edge technology using open
standards. The system is driven by Microsoft SQL Server 2008
databases and the application runs on the latest version of Microsoft
Internet Information Server utilizing .net technology. iColligo provides integration into third
party association management and law firm billing systems, further
improving your firms efficiencies.
Role Based Security
All these great features would be of little value if you could not provide
controlled access to all parties. iColligo has implemented a user defined
"role based security" model so each firm can provide the level of support
and end user access as they deem appropriate.
