Document Integration
Managing your letters has never been easier. iColligo is fully integrated with Microsoft Word so changes to letters can be accomplished in minutes without any coding or HTML expertise. If you can use the Word mail merge feature, you can use iColligo.
This integration makes it possible for you to have custom language for your associations that require it. Set up the document template for the association and all documents will be produced using that template.
Once your documents are created created from the template and are ready to be signed by the attorney, iColligo produces all the necessary letters and labels so all you have to do is print, sign and mail. You can even keep an electronic copy of the actual signed letter for your records, eliminating the need to maintain a paper copy.
