- What is iColligo?
iColligo is an online software platform that manages association collections. iColligo is developed by Advanced Technology Group, a leading provider of property management software, and eUnify, a leading provider of web-based collaboration tools for associations and property management companies.
- Is iColligo easy to use?
Yes. iColligo is developed with the everyday user in mind. You don't need to be an IT pro - you can get your collection processes up and running quickly and easily. If you're familiar with Microsoft Word, you'll feel right at home using iColligo.
- How do I start using iColligo?
Once iColligo receives your signed agreement, your site will be provisioned and your login information provided to you. From there, iColligo will assist you with loading your initial documents, workflows, and account information. Once loaded you can begin processing accounts and generating collection letters.
- Do I need to install software on my computer?
No. iColligo is completely Web-based. All you need is an Internet connection and a web browser. (For optimum performance, it's recommended that your team members use Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 7.0 or higher.) iColligo documents and templates are stored in Microsoft Word so you'll need version 2003 or higher.
- Where is my information stored?
All iColligo applications and the information within them are remotely stored and hosted on iColligo web servers, which are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our customers know they can rely on iColligo to protect their valuable information because of the iColligo reputation and the industry-standard practices we employ. These include SSL encryption to protect information during transmission over the Internet, around-the-clock security of our data center, and back-up and recovery systems that ensure iColligo is ready to use anytime, anywhere.
Pricing, Terms & Options
- How much does iColligo cost?
iColligo is competitively priced with a pay-as-you-go pricing structure that matches your revenue stream. For higher-volume firms, we offer an unlimited usage plan for one flat monthly fee.
- What are the terms?
There is no long term commitment. The iColligo subscription allows you to pay month-to-month by credit card.
- I only have 1 account in an association. Am I charged the association fee?
No. The association fee only applies if you have two or more active accounts in the association.
Using iColligo
- Does iColligo provide help and support?
iColligo is easy to use. But if you do have questions, we offer free telephone and email support during regular business hours.
- How long does will it take me before I can begin generating letters and status reports?
iColligo is designed to be easy to set up and easy to use. The typical implementation is usually accomplished in about a week. However, based on your availability, you can be up and running in just a few days.
- My associations have different wording for the same type of letter. How can I do this?
With iColligo you can have a unique workflow, including templates, that are specific to an association. This flexibility allows you to create workflows and letters that exactly match the association's requirements.
- How do I make a change to a document template? Is there programming or a cost involved?
iColligo is fully integrated with Microsoft Word so you can make template changes yourself. You simply make the change in Word and upload it to iColligo. There is no programming involved and no additional fees. What's even better, you can make the changes when you want and are not waiting for a developer to code the changes.
- What are the reporting capabilities?
iColligo reports are powerful and flexible, providing the customized information that your users need, at-a-glance. You have full control over which users have access to which reports and the data that is displayed on them.
- Can board members access reports for their association?
Absolutely. Through roles and permissions, you control what information, if any, is accessible by your users.
- Can I use iColligo for more than collections?
Absolutely. You can use iColligo to manage all your internal workflows such as violations and litigation.
